The Sahara Force India team led by Vijay Mallya, an Indian Businessman, seems to be geared up for the 67th season of the Formula One World Championship that is scheduled to begin on 20th March 2016 with its first race to be held in Australia. Though there is not enough time left for the season to commence, Sahara Force India has still not made up its mind about the launch of VJM09– their car for 2016. But apart from this, a much bigger task for the technical group was to qualify the essential cockpit tests. This major step was taken by the Formula One authorities to enhance the safety of all its racing cars and drivers, after a bit of change in its framework from last year.

On having a glance at the previous session we see that the season ended on a high for Force India, giving it the best ever finish in its Constructors’ Championship with a total of 136 points gained by “Nico Hulkenberg” and “Sergio Perez”, who collectively performed wonders. The technical squad credited the B-spec for the remarkable performance past season and thus the ingredients of their achievements are expected to remain identical even this time. The team has put up resources for the improvement in B-spec but nothing massive has been done in the unit. This year the team has retained the duo, hoping for a tougher battle. The group is supposed to beat Haas, Renault and Sauber mainly in terms of its budget and experience. Even though the team has continued to grow better in its strategies and developments, a podium finish this year will be a hard nut to crack.
