Being the #2 ranked test team in the world, they are strong favourites against the #8 ranked West Indies.
This match is also going to be Pakistan’s maiden Day-Night Test and also the first of its kind to be played in Asia.

Out of those 46 matches, Pakistan has won 16 and West Indies has won on 15 occasions with 15 of the Test matches resulting in ties. The last time Pakistan and West Indies played in a Test match against each other was way back in 2011 as Pakistan won by a huge margin of 196 runs.

Pakistan vs West Indies – Key Players
Pakistan
Babar Azam: It has been a dream run for this player in the last one month. Impressive performances in the T20I series followed by three back-to-back centuries in the ODI series against West Indies; this player is seriously making his bat talk now. It will be a good opportunity for the 21-year old to display of batting skills in cricket's toughest format
West Indies
Roston Chase: Everyone remembers Chase’s century and a five-wicket haul in the second Test against India a couple of months back that helped West Indies save the match. Such a fine performance against a top-class Indian outfit speaks volumes for such a young player.
