Today’s weigh-in was interrupted by a scuffle which broke out between the two at the side of the stage before Saturday’s IBF heavyweight title fight.
Briggs turned up at Haye’s press conference last week as he was announcing a fight on May 21 with Arnold Gjergjaj.
Appearing on Sky Sports News, Haye said: “I think he’s talked himself into getting knocked out now. I’m gonna fight him. He’ll fight on my undercard and if he wins, if he can pass the medical, if he can pass the brain scan, I’ll knock him out afterwards.”
We’ll see how this one pans out.
