Slaven Bilic Quotes
“I don’t know about the England squad. I said my opinion about him and it doesn’t vary to most of the football people’s opinion of Andy – when he is fit and in the form he is very special and gives you something. He is different. It is hard to mark him and hard to cope with him. For us, he has done really good every time he is fit. He doesn’t have to score, his presence on the pitch gives us another quality and dimension,” said West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic as quoted by BBC Sports.

Louis Van Gaal Quotes
“I’ve seen the Andy Carroll show and I think our problem against Tottenham was also the miscommunication of our central defenders. I hope that we improve our communication because it is very important this game for us. Carroll has special qualities. We have seen that in the match that he played on Saturday. It was also against Arsenal and they have great central defenders but still he could do that. So we have to cope with Andy Carroll and not only Andy Carroll, the other players. They have a certain player called Dimitri Payet, for example; he can also play, and Lanzini can also score goals,” said Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal as quoted by BBC Sports.
