If you think England fans are worried about Jordan Henderson missing Euro 2016, you’ve probably never met an England fan.
The news came through today that the Liverpool midfielder will be out for up to eight weeks with the injury he picked up in last night’s game against Borussia Dortmund.
That means Henderson is likely to miss Euro 2016 – news which provoked a range of emotions from England supporters, from indifference to joy.

There was some concern, but not for the reason you might think.

…but probably not Mark Noble.
Maybe with Henderson injured Noble still won’t make the Euros

Meanwhile, the Liverpool fans who watch him every week had a different perspective.
Bad news. A scan confirms Henderson will be out for 6-8 weeks with a LCL knee injury. Could mean he misses out on the Euros as well.

We will see a big difference without Henderson in the midfield. Those who having been slating him will see why we need him.

Could it be that England fans are just incredibly cynical? Surely not…
