Devastating opener Virender Sehwag again rose to his reputation on Thursday, when he smashed an impressive six on the first ball he faced. Sehwag-led Gemini Arabians clinched a 78-run victory in the opening match of Masters Champions League.

Arabians outclassed Libra Legends, who were captained by Jacques Kallis, due to the absence of injured Sourav Ganguly. The fans witnessed an exciting run chase when Arabians came to chase the mammoth target of 235, set by the Legends.

Man of The Match – Kumar Sangakkara played a blistering innings for the Arabians, scoring 86 runs off 43 balls to catapult the Arabians to a 234/3 at the end of 20 overs.
